James, Samantha and daughter, Corinne moved to Winston Salem in 2015 from Wilmington where James was the Assistant Rector at St. James' Episcopal Church. He is a UNC grad and has an M.Div. from Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, TX. James loves to sing, lead worship, and have spontaneous dance parties. He loves to cook for students and go for walks on WFU's campus with Buster Brown (the family mascot and generally happy-go-lucky mutt) especially during finals.

Latricia Giles, MDiv, '18

Latricia Giles is from the Bronx, NY. She is perusing a Masters in Divinity at the Wake Forest University School of Divinity and is a proud graduate of Winston-Salem State University with a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies- Sociology Concentration. She is also a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. "I look forward to working in this ministry and to growing and developing my spiritual gifts while being a mentor to young adults as they also grow and develop." Latricia's focus will primarily be on bringing together students from UNCSA, WSSU, & Salem College and forming Christ-centered, beloved community amongst students.
